- Each person attending Junior SOLID must complete a Booking Form (Junior Form: PDF 44KB), including leaders (Leaders Form: PDF 44KB).
- Payment must be made in full when booking. Cheques are payable to ‘SOLID’.
- All children must obtain parental consent to attend Junior SOLID.
- Tickets for Junior SOLID may NOT be reserved. Bookings are only made when Booking Forms and payment are received.
- Group Leaders should collate booking forms and send together as a group.
- Additions to your group may be made at a later stage, subject to availability.
- Send your Booking Forms and payment (cheques payable to ‘SOLID’) to: SOLID, Viz-A-Viz Ministries, Phoenix Court, Christopher Martin Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3EZ
- Bookings for Activity Tickets received before 20th March 2008 will be entitled to the Early Bird Discount of £3 (Children’s tickets only).
- Booking confirmation will be sent to the Group Leader on receipt of your booking. Please make this person clear to us when booking.
- Final Event details will be sent out 4 weeks before the Event with confirmation of your group’s booking and further details of the day.
- Cancellations are entitled to a refund, less £5 to cover admin costs, if notified before 20th June 08. Any cancellation after this will forfeit all fees.
