- Each person attending Junior SOLID must complete a booking form , including leaders.
- The main group leader should collate their groups booking forms and send along with full payment to SOLID.
- Payment must be made in full when booking. Cheques are payable to ‘SOLID’.
- Tickets or bunkhouse places at SOLID may NOT be reserved. Bookings are only made when booking forms and payment are received.
- Additions to your group may be made at a later stage subject to availability.
- Send your Booking Forms and payment (cheques payable to ‘SOLID’) to:
SOLID, Viz-A-Viz Ministries, Phoenix Court, Christopher Martin Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3EZ. Make sure you put enough stamps on!
- Bookings received before the 26th March will be entitled to the Early Bird Discount. Booking deadline is 26th March 2010.
- Booking confirmation will be sent to the group leader on receipt of your booking.
- Bunkhouse places must be ordered at the time of booking.
- Final Event details will be sent out four weeks before the Festival along with final confirmation of your group’s booking and full programme for the weekend.
